Things people ask us.

Does Codzee store my code?

No. We read your PR diffs to generate reviews but never store source code. Review summaries and comment metadata are kept so your dashboard can show history, and you can delete any of it at any time.

What GitHub permissions does it need?

Contents (read), Pull requests (read + write), and Commit statuses (read + write). That's the whole list. No access to Actions, secrets, or org settings.

How does reviewer routing work?

We blend four signals: git blame on changed lines (weighted most heavily), recent commits in those files, directory activity, and past review history. Everything decays over 90 days so recent work matters more. There's also a load penalty so the same person doesn't get everything.

What happens when I dismiss a comment?

Deleting a Codzee comment on GitHub teaches it. We extract the pattern, store it in your repo's memory, and stop repeating similar feedback. The more you use it the more it fits your team's style.

GitHub only?

For now, yes. It's built specifically for GitHub's PR workflow. GitLab and Bitbucket are on the roadmap but we're not rushing. We'd rather do GitHub really well first.

What happens when beta ends?

Your rate stays locked. We'll give at least 30 days notice before billing starts and you can always export your data.
